Derma Medihoney Non-Adhesive Honeycolloid Dressing Without Border contains Active Leptospermum honey which makes it ideal for the management of chronic and acute wounds and burns. The non-adhesive version can be used similarly to an alginate or a hydrocolloid paste to either cover or fill a partial-to-full thickness wound. This non-toxic dressing can be used as a cornerstone for wound bed preparation, and throughout all the phases of wound healing. It is able to work in the presence of wound fluid, blood and tissue, thus promoting an optimal healing environment.
